Responsibilities
- Install solar panels and inverters on residential and commercial rooftops
- Set up mounting systems, DC/AC cable routing, and inverter configuration
- Perform commissioning, testing, and customer handover
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on installed systems
- Ensure installations meet safety standards and PLN regulations
Persyaratan
- At least 1 year experience in electrical or solar installation (fresh graduates welcome to apply)
- Understanding of basic DC and AC electrical principles
- Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops
- Valid driver's license (SIM C) and willing to do fieldwork in Greater Jakarta area
Site Installation Supervisor

Lead technician teams on rooftop solar PV installation projects, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise solar panel installation teams on project sites
- Read and interpret technical drawings and PV system specifications
- Ensure installations meet quality standards, schedule, and safety procedures
- Communicate with customers and report daily progress to management
- Perform final inspection, testing, and system handover to customers
Persyaratan
- At least 3 years experience in electrical/solar installation, including 1 year as supervisor
- Able to read technical drawings and understand single-line diagrams for PV systems
- K3 Electrical certification (preferred)
- Strong leadership, good communication, and comfortable with fieldwork
Project Engineer

Design and technically oversee rooftop solar PV projects from site survey through commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys, roof measurements, and technical feasibility analysis
- Create PV system designs: panel layout, SLD, inverter string calculations
- Prepare BOM, energy production estimates, and technical project documentation
- Support installation teams with technical supervision and field troubleshooting
- Ensure designs meet SNI/IEC standards and PLN regulations
Persyaratan
- At least 2 years experience in PV system design or electrical projects
- Proficient in PV design software (PVsyst, Helioscope, or AutoCAD)
- Understanding of SNI/IEC standards for PV systems and PLN regulations
- Experienced with site surveys, willing to do fieldwork, valid driver's license (SIM C)
Sales Engineer
Greater Jakarta · Full-time
Technical consultation and sales of solar PV systems for residential and commercial customers.
Responsibilities
- Consult customers on needs, perform initial calculations and savings estimates
- Conduct site surveys and preliminary measurements for technical proposals
- Prepare technical-commercial proposals and present to customers
- Coordinate with engineering team for final design and installation
- Follow up leads, maintain pipeline, and achieve sales targets
Persyaratan
- At least 1 year experience in technical sales, solar, or electrical industry
- Able to explain technical concepts in simple, understandable terms
- Understands basics of electricity billing and PV system calculations
- Target-oriented, strong communication, and able to work independently
- Valid driver's license (SIM C) and own vehicle (preferred)
